• You have 3 days from delivery to request a return or exchange
• Items must be unused and in their original condition
• Custom pieces (like beaded or leather finishes) are final sale, unless there’s an issue
• To get started, simply fill out the form on our Contact page and include your order number and a quick note about the reason for your return or exchange
• Return shipping is on you, unless the item was incorrect or damaged
