We hope you love your VALORE item, but if something’s not quite right:
- You have 3 days from delivery to request a return or exchange
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Custom pieces (like beaded or leather finishes) are final sale, unless there’s an issue
- To get started, simply fill out the form on our Contact page and include your order number and a quick note about the reason for your return or exchange
- Return shipping is on you, unless the item was incorrect or damaged
